<p>PURPOSE: High strength shape steel is provided to manufacture H-shaped steel having tensile strength higher than 600MPa despite rolling. CONSTITUTION: High strength shape steel comprises C: 0.07~0.10wt%, Si: 0.20~0.25wt%, Mn: 1.20~1.30wt%, Ni: 0.3~1.0wt%, Cu: 0.1~0.15wt%, V: 0.02~0.03wt%,Al: 0.04~0.06wt%, Nb: 0.03~0.05wt%, N: 0.08~0.12wt%, remnant Fe, and impurities. In order to have tensile strength higher than 600MPa, the content of Ni, V, and Nb satisfies the following expression : 1.5<=Ni(wt%)+10×[V(wt%)+Nb(wt%)]<=1.8.</p> |
