PURPOSE: A solar cell module and a manufacturing method thereof are provided to improve yield through the automation of a module manufacturing process by forming a lower protection layer made of siloxane liquid. CONSTITUTION: An interconnector(120) electrically connects adjacent solar cells(110). An upper protection layer(130) and a lower protection layer(140) protect the solar cells. The lower protection layer is made of hardened siloxane. A transparent member(150) is arranged on the upper protection layer toward the light receiving surfaces of the solar cells. A rear sheet(160) is arranged on the lower side of the lower protection layer in an opposite direction to the light receiving surface. |
