PURPOSE: A producing apparatus for aged garlic and a producing method of the aged garlic are provided to uniformly maintain the temperature inside an aging chamber by uniformly heating the outer wall of the sealed aging chamber. CONSTITUTION: A producing apparatus for aged garlic comprises the following: a second aging chamber(30) including multiple storing containers, installed in the inside of a first aging chamber(20); a hot air supplier(40) supplying high temperature air into a separation space formed in between first and second aging chambers; supporting members(31) protruded from the bottom of the second aging chamber for supporting the second aging chamber to circulate the air; a circulating fan(41) installed on the separation space; and a heater(42) for generating high temperature heat.
