PURPOSE: A quinolones antibiotics having 7-(4-aminomethyl-3-oxime)pyrolidine substituent is provided to treat neutropenia. CONSTITUTION: A therapeutic agent for neutropenia contains effective amount of compound of chemical formula 1, pharmaceutically acceptable salt thereof, solvate containign hydrate, ester, steriochemical isomer, or precursor as an active ingredient. The compound of chemical formula 1 is gemifloxacin. The neutropenia is caused from a patient with adult acute myeoloid leukemia, who treated by chemical therapy. A therapeutic agent for primary marrow failure contains effective amount of compound of chemical formula 1, pharmaceutically acceptable salt thereof, solvate containing the hydrate, ester, steriochemical isomer or precursor.
