PURPOSE: An air-conditioning device for a vehicle is provided to reduce the size thereof since the joint structure of a door frame and a thin-plate member and the structure of a mode door are simplified. CONSTITUTION: An air-conditioning device for a vehicle comprises an air conditioner case(110), an evaporator, a heater core, and a mode door(130). The air conditioner case comprises an air inlet and multiple air outlets(116). The evaporator and the heater core are installed on an air channel inside the air conditioner case. The mode door controls the opening of multiple air blowing ports. The mode door comprises a rotary type door frame(140) and a thin-plate member(150). The door frame is coupled with the side of the air channel to be rotatable. One side of the thin-plate member is coupled with the end of the door frame through the combining unit.
