PURPOSE: A multi-functional chair is provided to enable a user to adjust the height of a seat plate according to the body size of a user. CONSTITUTION: A multi-functional chair comprises: a pair of side plates(10) in which a horizontal groove is formed in the front end and a slope groove(12) is formed in the rear end and which are mutually fixed by a connector; a seat plate(20) which is formed between the side plates and in which a fixed protrusion inserted into the horizontal groove is formed in front both sides thereof and a jaw is formed in the rear end thereof; and a back plate(30) which is formed at the rear end of the side plate and in which a fixed protrusion inserted into the slope groove is formed in both sides thereof and a transverse groove is formed in the lower part thereof.
