LIGHT GUIDE PANEL UNITED BRIGHTNESS DIFFUSION FILM

摘要

PURPOSE: A light guide panel with a united brightness diffusion film is provided to reduce the loss of light by manufacturing the light guide plate and the light diffusion film through a single process. CONSTITUTION: A light guide plate comprises a glass(110) and a light diffusing film(120) for projecting light on the glass. The light diffusion film is formed with embossed dot pattern optical film(130). The thickness of the glass is 2~5mm. The glass has 0.01~0.03 weight% of Fe as a base iron glass. The diffusion film comprise 10~90 weight% of copolyester and 10~90 weight% of polycarbonate as a composition of copolyester and polycarbonate.
