PURPOSE: A synthetic gas cooler and a gasification system are provided to facilitate the control of exhaust gas from an engine by the lowering of the burning point of partial NPG(Nitrogen Process Gas). CONSTITUTION: A synthetic gas cooler(18) of a gasification system comprises a head portion(200), an annular shell portion(202), and a quench portion(204). The head portion comprises multiple conduit headers. Multiple conduits of the annular shell portion connect to multiple conduit headers. The quench portion removes particles floating in the flow of synthetic gas that flows through the synthetic gas cooler. The head portion and the shell portion are combined with a circumferential seam-weld portion. |
