PURPOSE: A touch panel with an adhesive layer is provided to prevent the penetration of the adhesive material into an interface between the adhesive layer and a base film. CONSTITUTION: A touch panel comprises a plastic base file(23) and an adhesive layer(11) attached to the base film. The adhesive layer comprises acrylic resin with low PDI(Polydispersity Index) below 4.0. A conduction layer(21) is formed on one side of the base film. The adhesive layer is directly attached to the conduction layer.
