PURPOSE: A multi-step rolling device and a method for rolling steel sheet coil using the same are provided to roll a steel sheet coil into various shapes using multiple rolls. CONSTITUTION: A multi-step rolling device comprises an upper roll(110) and a lower roll(120). The upper and lower rolls are placed on a transfer path of a steel sheet coil(C). The multiple upper and lower rolls are prepared. The upper and lower rolls are overlapped with a part of anther upper roll and lower roll which are adjacent thereto in the transfer direction of the steel sheet coil. The upper and lower rolls roll a part or the entire of the steel sheet coil.
