PURPOSE: A stirrer device of a submerged nozzle for a continuous casting plant is provided to prevent a nozzle from being blocked since molten steel, flowing in a hollow of submerged nozzle is stirred. CONSTITUTION: A stirrer device of a submerged nozzle for a continuous casting plant comprises a tundish(10), a submerged nozzle(20), and a stirrer(100). The lower part of the stirrer is placed on the lower part of the tundish. The stirrer is inserted into a hollow of the submerged nozzle. The stirrer rotates through a rotating unit. The stirrer comprises a rotary shaft(110) and a blade(150). The rotary shaft is rotatable. The blade is expanded and projected from the lower part of the outer surface of the rotary shaft. The stirrer is formed with a fire-proof layer.
