PURPOSE: A devise for forming panel is provided to form a panel side shift by moving the panel in the direction corresponding to the curve of the panel. CONSTITUTION: A devise for forming panel comprises a frame(100), a shaft(121), a second shaft(122), a first forming roller(131), a second forming roller(132), a shaft tilting unit(140) and a roller sliding unit. The first shaft is installed in the frame to move back and forth. The second shaft is arranged to be separated from the shaft to the backward and forward. The shaft tilting unit is installed in the frame and moves the first and second shafts back and forth. The roller sliding unit transfers the second forming roller according to the slide of the second shaft.
