PURPOSE: A method for manufacturing green tea leaf jam containing aloe is provided to manufacture the green tea leaf jam having good flavors and tastes while directly eating green tea leaves, and to offer healthful effects by adding green tea paste and aloe granules. CONSTITUTION: A method for manufacturing green tea leaf jam containing aloe comprises the following step: manufacturing green tea paste; manufacturing a mixture by adding green tea paste, aloe, refined sugar, oligosaccharide, citric acid, pectin and water; concentrating the mixture in a thickener; concentrating the mixture with 40~60 parts of sugar by weight with the 40~60 parts of the concentrated mixture by weight; and wrapping the concentrated mixture after sterilizing. The mixture includes the green tea paste 35 weight%, the aloe granules 10 weight%, the refined sugar 38.35 weight%, the oligosaccharide 6 weight%, the citric acid 0.3 weight%, the pectin 0.35 weight%, and the water 10 weight%. |
