PURPOSE: A pipe connecting apparatus is provided to ensure easy installation because a pipe fixing member has mobility through the elasticity of a rubber packing. CONSTITUTION: A pipe connecting apparatus comprises an pipe insertion member(100), a rubber packing(200), and pipe fixing members(300). The pipe insertion member comprises a connecting flange(110) and a pipe unit(120) which is extended from the connecting flange with the inner diameter reduced in the same direction as the connecting flange. The rubber packing is pressed onto the pipe insertion member and a pipe(10) inserted in the pipe insertion member by a flange(20) coupled with the connecting flange. The pipe fixing members are integrally installed at regular intervals in the rubber packing arranged between the pipe insertion member and the pipe and fix the pipe insertion member and the pipe.
