PURPOSE: A dielectric sheet and an FFC(Flexible Flat Cable) including the same are provided to reduce the weight and thickness of the FFC by including a thin and light dielectric layer. CONSTITUTION: An insulation film(14) is made of polyethylene terephthalate and is formed between an aluminum thin film(40) and a dielectric layer. A dielectric layer(30) is formed on the aluminum thin film attached to the insulation film and hollow powder of 5 to 80 um. The aluminum thin film has the thickness for maintaining the flexibility of a dielectric sheet. A dielectric sheet includes the aluminum thin film and the dielectric layer.
