PURPOSE: A planar electrode type dipole lightning arrester is provided to rapidly discharge lightning by forming a wrinkle part and a sawtooth part on a charged body. CONSTITUTION: A rod(100) of a conductive object is installed on the upper side of the object and is connected to a ground. The rod penetrates through the center of an electric charge pipe(310). A charging unit is comprised of a first cap(320) and a second cap(330) which combines the rod with both ends of the electric charge pipe. A charging plate(400) is electrically connected to the rod and is comprised of the first charge plate and the second charge plate. A third charging plate and a fourth charging plate are formed between the second charging plate and the second cap. A concavo-convex part is repeatedly formed on the fourth charging plate. A rod cap induces the lightning and is integrated with the first charging plate.
