PURPOSE: A halogen-free soft composition with thermal resistance and flame resistance is provided to ensure excellent soft heat resistance and fire retardancy and to improve dispersibility since the composition is composed of environment-friendly halogen-free components. CONSTITUTION: A halogen-free soft composition with thermal resistance and flame resistance includes 100 parts by weight of a polypropylene eleastic body, 10 ~ 30 parts by weight of a polyethylene copolymer containing carboxylates, and 80 ~ 200 parts by weight of halogen-free inorganic retardants. The halogen-free soft composition further includes 3 ~ 50 parts by weight of halogen-free inorganic retardant aid, 5 ~ 50 parts by weight of a polypropylene-based resin, and 5 ~ 50 parts by weight of a polystyrene elastomer.
