摘要

PURPOSE: A switch control circuit with a short protecting circuit is provided to prevent damage by turning off a switch element for constant time in a sensing state of a current. CONSTITUTION: A short circuit sensing unit(310) determines generation of short circuit according to output voltage value of a source end detected from a voltage detecting unit. A gate driver control unit(320) controls a gate driver for turning a switch transistor off according to determination of a short circuit of the short circuit sensing unit.
