PURPOSE: A solar lamp with a light dispersion preventing device and a camera is provided to prevent a crime by storing photographing data in real time. CONSTITUTION: A solar system is comprised of a solar cell(100), a rechargeable battery(300), and a light emitting body(400). The rechargeable battery stores solar energy. The light emitting body is comprised of an optical fiber, a photometry fiber, an LED, and an EL organic body. A central processing unit(200) includes a substrate, an illumination sensor, a memory chip, and an RFID input and output sensor. A camera(1000) is filled with epoxy, silicon, plastic, glass and carbon materials.
