PURPOSE: A lightning arrester for low voltage power is provided to efficiently block a surge regardless of the switching time of protection devices. CONSTITUTION: Arrestors(10,20,30) are respectively connected between a node A and a node B, the node A and a node C, and the node B and the node C in parallel. Varistors(40,50,60) are respectively connected between the node A and node B, the node A and node C, and the node B and the node C in parallel. A transformer(100) connects a primary winding to the node A and the node B. Condensers(110,120,130) are connected to a node A' and a node B', the node B' and a node C', and the node A' and the node C'. Inductors are connected between the node A' and the node A'' and between the node B' and the node B''.
