PURPOSE: An ultraviolet ray blocking device for a vehicle is provided to improve use convenience since a handle thereof attached to a front pillar of a passenger seat is selectively pulled when needed to block ultraviolet ray. CONSTITUTION: An ultraviolet ray blocking device for a vehicle comprises a winding barrel(2), a window tinting paper(5), and a handle(6). The winding barrel is installed on a front pillar of a passenger seat. The winding barrel is operated by the support. The window tinting paper is rolled by the elastic force of a spring in the winding barrel. The handle is placed at the front end of the window tinting paper. The handle hangs on a hanger(3) attached to a front pillar(8) of a driver seat.
