PURPOSE: A fence structure is provided to ensure high visibility by employing a solar-LED cap which is charged with voltage generated by a solar cell in the daytime and provides light in the night time. CONSTITUTION: A fence structure comprises bases(30) and posts(12). The bases are buried in the ground at regular intervals and each comprises a fixing hole(32), a fastening space which is tapered upward, and a fastening bracket which is tapered upward. The posts are inserted in the fixing holes and coupled with LED caps on the top thereof.
