The accessory has a mural part (22) provided with a plate (26), and a U-shaped receptacle (32) receiving a connection part (24) and provided with two parallel plane faces (34, 36), where the connection part is provided with respective indexing notches (64, 66). A disk (56) of the connection part is placed in the receptacle of the mural part, and is provided with a degree of freedom in vertical adjustment on a displacement to release the indexing notches with a blocking rib (50) in order to authorize rotation of a quarter turn for a passage from one position to another position of a flat case.
