PURPOSE: Sunflower seed oil, and a producing method thereof are provided to produce the sunflower seed oil by firstly roasting sunflower seeds and secondly pressing oil from the roasted sunflower seeds. CONSTITUTION: A producing method of sunflower seed oil comprises the following steps: preparing sunflower seeds; peeling skins from the sunflower seeds with a peeling device; mixing the peeled sunflower seeds with the sunflower seeds with the skins in a ratio of 7:3; washing the mixed sunflower seeds; removing the moisture from the sunflower seeds, and heating for 2hours at 60deg C for drying; roasting the sunflower seeds at 200deg C; and pressing oil from the roasted sunflower seeds.
