PURPOSE: An oxi-pan fiber spread apparatus is provided to improve uniform orientation of oxi-pan fiber and to reduce defective rate of products. CONSTITUTION: An oxi-pan fiber spread apparatus for spreading oxi-pan fiber before needle punching comprises: a comb(250) for combing for uniform distribution and uniform orientation of the oxi-pan fiber; a groove roller(240) comprising a upper roller and a lower roller. The upper roller has a protrusion extended along the longitudinal axis of the upper roller. The lower roller has a concave part extended along the axis of the lower roller.
