The device has a ventilation pipe connected to an input end of a pump. A water injection part (13) is connected to an output end of the pump such that air is aspired by the ventilation pipe and mixed with water in the pump when the pump aspires water through an intake pipe (12) for permitting the water injection part to release a water column enriched in micro-bubbles by pumping. The ventilation pipe includes a valve (111) for adjusting admission of air so as to adjust output pressure of the water injection part of the pump.
