<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a natural implant system which promotes tissue adhesion between a dental prosthesis and a gingival tissue of a patient. <P>SOLUTION: A dental implant has: a body portion 102 disposed on the distal end part and configured so as to be substantially lower than a jaw bone top of a patient; an abutment tooth part 108 disposed on the proximal end part and configured so as to be extended above an gingival surface of a patient to support a dental prosthesis; and a collar portion 106 provided between the body portion and the abutment tooth portion and having an outside surface including a roughly finished part extended above the jaw bone top when the dental implant is set. The roughly finished part includes a top periphery part 152' almost matching the outline of the jaw bone top of the patient and is in a bent shape or wave shape.
