PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a traffic signal information providing system, a signal control device and an information providing device for providing a vehicle with signal information synchronized with the switching timing of a signal light color regardless of the update timing of signal information. SOLUTION: A counter 35 measures the time T2 elapsed from a predetermined point of time 1G till a definite time limit table is received by a reception part 32. When a non-definite flag is received by a reception part 32, a correction part 34 subtracts the elapsed time T2 (that is, the time elapsed from the predetermined point of time 1G till the definite time limit table is received) measured by a counter 35 from the number of seconds for displaying the definite time limit table received by the reception part 32, and corrects the number of seconds of displaying the definite time limit table.
