PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a handy type dust removal system having a dust removal function and an exhaust function. SOLUTION: The dust removal system 1 using an ionizer 10 for applying a high voltage to pressurized air supplied from a pressurized air supply source 40 to ionize the pressurized air and jetting the ionized air includes a vacuum generation unit 20 having a vacuum generator 22 for generating a vacuum by the pressurized air supplied from the pressurized air supply source 40, and a suction portion 23 connected to the suction opening of the vacuum generator 22. The vacuum generation unit 20 sucks exhaust air containing dust scattered by jetting the ionized air, jetted from the ionizer 10, to a material to be dedusted 70, through the suction portion 23 of the vacuum generation unit 20.
