PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To make a sheet feeder be in a state capable of retard paper feeding in a state of not causing transfer failure by minimizing productivity reduction, by releasing attraction force of coat paper and thick paper in the rising of an image forming device and after replenishing paper under a high humidity environment. SOLUTION: A paper feeding part of the image forming device is provided with a suction fan, a dehumidifying means 200 by a dehumidifying filter and an air separation means by the suction fan 4, and an operation condition is changed in operation of the dehumidifying means and the air separation means based on a detection result by detecting humidity in a paper feeder by a humidity sensor 108.
