PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve work efficiency in installation work by facilitating installation on a hoisting beam. SOLUTION: This installation tool 3 includes first and second suspension members 11 and 12 engaged with a flange 2c and a bar-shaped operation lever 13 connected to the first and second suspension members 11 and 12. The second suspension member 12 can be displaced to the first suspension member 11 between an engaging position for sandwiching the flange 2c between the first suspension member 11 and itself by being engaged with the flange 2c and a releasing position for releasing engagement with the flange 2c in a state that the first suspension member 11 is engaged with the flange 2c.
