PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a spraying device of a rice transplanter of improved workability, capable of smoothly guiding a chemical agent present in a dusting powder hopper along the shape of the bottom part thereof to a pair of delivery members each disposed on either bottom part of every one of the dusting powder hoppers to prevent the chemical agent from blocking the delivery members. SOLUTION: The spraying device of a rice transplanter including a frame 53 mounted on a seedling tray 31 on the backside thereof with the seedling tray 31 detachably attached to the rear part of the rice transplanter, a dusting powder hopper 54 fixed to the frame 53, hoses 56aa, 56ba each attached to the dusting powder hopper 54 via corresponding delivery members 55a, 55b for every row of seedling mats disposed on the lower part of the seedling tray 31, and nozzles 56ab, 56bb each attached to the tip of the corresponding hoses 56aa, 56ba, to spray a chemical agent present in the dusting powder hopper 54 through the nozzles 56ab, 56bb onto the bed soil of the seedling mats disposed on the seedling tray 31, is characterized in that the dusting powder hopper 54 is of a shape formed of left and right end parts, i.e., a pair of bottom parts b thereof tilt extending from the center part thereof in the downward direction.
