PURPOSE: An energy recovering apparatus capable of effectively pyrolyzing recycling materials is provided to scatter the recycling materials inside the apparatus to store the apparatus inside an upper heater for a long time. CONSTITUTION: An energy recovering apparatus comprises the following: a partition plate(160) dividing inputted recycling raw materials to both sides of a center chamber(122); a horizontal folded plate(170) partitioning a pyrolysis chamber(120) into an upper pyrolysis chamber(120a) and a lower pyrolysis chamber(120b); a primary transfer screw(190) transferring the recycling materials from the center of a furnace(110) to the side wall direction; a secondary transfer screw(192) transferring the residual recycling materials to the center chamber; and a residue discharge screw(194).
