One of the clips is provided with a spirit level (50), and the bar comprises scales (31, 32). The clips comprise a cage (13) that comprises a base (14) and a cover (15), where distance between the base and the cover corresponds to breadth of the bar. A spring is designed as a flat spring and found in front of a rearward plate (20) in an inner side of the cage.
