<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a device and method for generating a rapid and flexible automatic answer. <P>SOLUTION: A natural language user interface generation device includes: a means for storing knowledge information expressing a processing operation on a computer showing a situation of conversation, an operation of conversation and a relation between both in output of a conversation sentence responding to input of a conversation sentence from a user terminal by nodes and edges; and a response means which interprets the knowledge structure and preliminarily associates and executes a plurality of sets of dialogue rule and dialogue control method. The response means includes, for executing the dialogue control method, a dialogue structure storage means which stores a relation showing a flow of the processing operation and a relation required for the processing operation as the dialogue rule in a relation of at least two elements of elements belonging to a node; a determination means which determines presence/absence of association in the knowledge structure for the stored elements; and a change means which changes the relation between the two elements stored in the dialogue structure storage means according to the determination result by the determination means. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2011,JPO&INPIT</p> |
