<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method and system, capable of facilitating interactions with a plurality of users in a virtual environment. <P>SOLUTION: The system that facilitates interaction with a three-dimensional (3-d) virtual environment is described. In this system, a controller device provides information related to the 3-d virtual environment to the first display, in the system. The system includes further at least one portable type electronic device, and the portable type electronic device includes the second display, and a 3-d motion sensor for detecting a motion of the portable electronic device, such as a rectilinear motion, a rotational motion and/or a gesture. The portable electronic device is communicated with the controller device, to transmit the detected motion.
