<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide konjak packed in a container, which eliminates crack and hardening of konjak in spite of being cooked by an electromagnetic cooker such as a microwave oven, etc. <P>SOLUTION: The konjak packed in a container includes a plurality of konjak pieces formed into a lump shape, a seasoning liquid for seasoning the konjak of a lump shape and a microwave permeable heat-resistant container holding the konjak pieces of the lump shape and the seasoning liquid at least in cooking and has the salt concentration of the seasoning liquid of ≥8.5 mass% but ≤9.5 mass% and the volume ratio of the seasoning liquid to the whole volume of the konjak of lump shape is ≥24 vol.% but ≤44 vol.%. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2011,JPO&INPIT |
