<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a microwave harmonic processing circuit capable of improving power efficiency. <P>SOLUTION: The microwave harmonic processing circuit includes: (n-1) parallel tip-opened stubs T21 to T26 connected in parallel on one point to an output terminal of a serial transmission line T11 connecting its input terminal to an output terminal of a transistor and having a predetermined electric length, and each having a predetermined electric length against secondary to n-th order (n is an optional integer) harmonic waves and a different length; a first strip conductor 7 configured by connecting the serial transmission line and two parallel tip-opened stubs T25, T26 out of the (n-1) parallel tip-opened stubs by one node; a second strip conductor 3 configured by connecting (n-3) parallel tip-opened stubs T21, T22, T34, T24 by one node; a ground layer 5 arranged between the first strip conductor 7 and the second strip conductor 3; and a via 10 for electrically connecting a connection part 20 of the first strip conductor 7 and a connection part 22 of the second strip conductor 3. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2011,JPO&INPIT |
