摘要 <P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide: an optical compensation film which is provided to a liquid crystal display device, prevents a change in optical properties, such as an inclination angle of the optical axis of a refractive index ellipsoid, in-plane retardation values or the like, even when used for a long period of time, while preventing display unevenness, and to provide a method of manufacturing the optical compensation film. <P>SOLUTION: The method of manufacturing the optical compensation film with tilted alignment includes: (1) conveying a rolling zone for applying a shearing force to a web manufactured by melt extrusion film-forming, while setting the circumferential speed ratio of a nip roller formed of a pair of rollers within a specific range, and (2) conveying a zone having a temperature gradient in the conveying direction of a raw film formed through the above process, while setting the temperature gradient within a specific range, to apply tilted alignment. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2011,JPO&INPIT
