<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To set a target value as an input value by gradually changing an addition value or subtraction value without lifting a finger off an operation screen. <P>SOLUTION: An increase button 51 changes to an increase button 53 by being continuously depressed for more than a certain period of time. The increase button 53 is divided into three areas, and different values, such as 1, 50 and 100, are respectively set for the respective areas as addition values. Also, when a decrease button 52 is continuously depressed for more than a certain period of time, the decrease button 52 changes to a decrease button having two or more areas with different subtraction values respectively set therefor.
