<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a glass removal device capable of removing and collecting glass members from an object to be disassembled while preventing impurities from mixing therein so that the glass members can be recycled, and of reducing a time required for glass member removing and collecting operations, and also provide a glass removal work vehicle. <P>SOLUTION: This glass removal device for removing the glass members fixed to the fixed areas of an object to be disassembled includes a glass sucking means for holding the glass members by suction force, a cutting means for cutting the fixed areas of the obstacle, and a releasing means for releasing the fixing of the glass members to the fixed areas of the object. While the glass members are held by the glass sucking means, the fixing of the glass members to the fixed areas is released by the releasing means.
