<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an improved convergent communication apparatus for mobile commerce, electronic commerce, account reentry money, settlement transaction for a plurality of parties, integrated customer care and any other arbitrary commerce. <P>SOLUTION: An identification number and a service request are received from a user device through a roaming network. When the service is a charging object, the identification number and the service request are transmitted from the roaming network to a home network by adding thereto a service provider identifying number associated with a service provider and a service charge, thereby performing debiting from a valid user account in real time.
