<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a light-emitting device which can improve light-emitting efficiency of a light-emitting device and can improve its lifetime. <P>SOLUTION: In the light-emitting device, a first reflecting layer for reflecting light of a first wavelength band, a first light-emitting element for emitting the light of the first wavelength band, a second reflecting layer wherein a transmission rate to the light of the first wavelength band is higher than a transmission rate to light of a second wavelength band different from the first wavelength band, and a second light-emitting element for emitting the light of the second wavelength band are laminated in sequence. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2011,JPO&INPIT</p> |
