PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enable a driver seated in a driver's seat to appropriately operate an operation pedal by appropriately adjusting a driving position with a simple configuration. SOLUTION: A driving position adjusting apparatus for a vehicle is equipped with the driver's seat provided on a floor panel 9 in a vehicle interior, and the operation pedal comprising a gas pedal 4 operated by stepping of the driver seated in the driver' seat. The driving position adjusting apparatus includes: a tilting surface 11 which is provided in a heel placement area on the floor panel 9 to which a heel part Kt of the driver is placed during stepping operation of the operation pedal, and tilted in an anterosuperior direction; and a heel placement height adjusting means 12 for adjusting the height of heel placement of the driver by lifting and displacing at least the tilting surface 11.
