PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a high-speed three-dimensional measurement device which can perform shape measurement by distorting the apparent shape of a measurement object as little as possible and can perform shape measurement even for a long object or a continuously moving object. SOLUTION: The high-speed three-dimensional measurement device includes: a pattern light source irradiating a measurement object with stripe pattern light having light intensity periodically changed along one direction; a line camera capturing, as a set of light signals, reflected light of the stripe pattern light from the measurement object about a line along the one direction; and a measurement part calculating the height of the measurement object on the basis of the relation with the stripe pattern light about the captured set of light signals.
