<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To perform linearity of an electric shutter motion in a shorter time. <P>SOLUTION: A solid-state imaging device includes an imaging area 11 where a pixel cell 31 for photoelectrically converting an incident light is arranged in matrix, and a vertical drive circuit 12 with a control mode for controlling so that exposure time to the pixel cell is different for each line by driving so that a start timing of signal integration in the pixel cell is the same in the pixel cells of all lines and a start timing of reading the signal after starting the signal integration is different for each line. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2011,JPO&INPIT</p> |
