PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a manufacturing method of an organic EL device capable of improving productivity. SOLUTION: The manufacturing method of the organic EL device includes: a process of forming a pixel electrode upward an insulating substrate; a process of spraying powder for organic layer formation toward the pixel electrode and making the powder adsorbed on the pixel electrode; a process of forming an organic layer in which the powder is fused, fixed and adhered onto the pixel electrode; and a process of forming the counter electrode on the organic layer.
