摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve a uniformity of heat distribution of halogen lamps arranged in a shape of a parallel cross, and to improve an infrared output. SOLUTION: The halogen lamp 11 is configured by enclosing a radiation transmissive bulb 12 and a filament 13 formed of a high melting point metal and halogen gas enclosed in the bulb 12 along with inert gas and sealing both ends of the bulb 12 with sealed ends 151, 152. A reflecting film 20 is coated on an outer surface of the bulb 12 using a reflecting film material containing alumina and silica as principal materials. The reflecting film 20 is formed by performing a coating to form a predetermined aperture angle in the longitudinal direction of the bulb 12 except for a light and heat aperture 21 with the thickness of the reflecting film 20 of≥30μm and≤300μm. Halogen lamps 11 configured as above are arranged in the shape of the parallel cross and the reflecting film 20 is not formed on a radiating side of the crossing part.
