PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a rotating mechanism capable of providing a click feeling in a small component, and capable of providing a smooth feeling of operation to a user when rotating. SOLUTION: The rotating mechanism 30 includes a first magnet member 22 having at least an N pole and an S pole disposed on a circumference, a second magnet member 26 provided in a position facing the first magnet member 22 and having at least one of an N pole or an S pole, and a holding member holding the first magnet member 22 and the second magnet member 26 so as to mutually relatively rotate.
