<p>A method and system for implementing emergency location are provided in the present invention. The method includes that: after a User Equipment (UE) initiates an emergency call, it initiates an emergency location of Security User Plane Location (SUPL) to a SUPL Location Platform (SLP) (400); the SLP forwards the emergency location of SUPL to an Emergency SLP (E-SLP) to implement the location (401). From the present invention, it can be seen that because the SLP for the emergency location service is the E-SLP, the process of emergency location can be ensured to be implemented normally, so that a successful emergency call can be ensured.</p> |
